A 30% deposit of total cost is required at time of booking.
The remaining balance is due prior or on arrival at the property.

For weekly rentals a refundable ( €uro 300for the Tower and €uro 1000 for the Foresteria) security deposit is required.
Charges for lost items and breakages will be applied.

Deposit is fully refundable until 60 days from arrival.
If a cancellation is made before 30 days before arrival, 50% of deposit will be charged.
No refunds will be apply after that date and for no shows.

I have read, and I understand, the Torretta rules, the cancellation and deposit policies of this property.
I understand that my credit card will be charged, and that a deposit refund is dependent on the terms of the cancellation policy being met.
