THE FORESTERIA (Barn)
The Foresteria is a recently restored villa farmhouse residence with 5 bedrooms each with its own ensuite full bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a large double salon with fireplace, dining room, studio tv room, professionally equipped eat-in kitchen, double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms. All rooms have a nice view onto the Torretta dei Massimi park
You can rent the villa and the Tower to have more place, both the apartments can accomodate up to 18 guests (14 adults plus 4 children in foldable beds).

There are two covered outside patios for "all fresco" dining. Guests can profit also of the organic vegetable garden, TVSAT & cable, wifi internet connections, board games, ping pong, badmington, barbecue, cork woodlands with nature trail, the swimming pool, the farm pets Please read term & conditions
